Fwd: Xombrero
F.Y.I. an update on Xombrero. It appears that a it should build on PPC if
there is someone with a PPC machine capable of building (and know how to !).

Sorry for not giving you more news on this before. So, the current
status is that xombrero has been rejected because there were a couple
of licensing issues that I still have to clarify. (xombrero is a
nightmare regarding licensing... there's a huge mix of different
licenses).
As usual, I didn't have too much free time to handle these issues, but
I didn't gave up getting xombrero into Debian repositories.
Regarding the powerpc version, what are exactly the issues you're
having? I didn't tried it, but I would expect it to compile cleanly
in this architecture.
