mini.iso version 13.04 can be cloned to a working USB install drive

Hi everybody,

I discovered a new feature of the mini iso: It works as USB.

A dd-cloned USB pendrive of the version 12.04 of mini.iso booted but did
not work all the way a couple of week ago (and probably still does not
work).

I was encouraged by a post by innn@ubuntuforums and downloaded

mini.iso version 13.04 (32-bits),

cloned it to a USB pendrive with dd and installed a working Lubuntu
minimal system.

Let us make sure that the mini.iso version 13.10 will keep working and
have it as a good mini-alternative :-)
