Installer bugs and ubiquity vs debian-installer

That is only true for LiveCD ISOs.  For Alternate CDs, you would (I
think!) want to file the bug against debian-installer instead, because
that is what Alternate CD images use.

I'd guess the same holds for the netboot (mini.iso) installer, too.

So the Install_Bugs page is probably in need of an update.
