8Mbps = 1MB/Sec

As for other possible reasons? I don't really know.

Funny thing is, which I forgot to mention, when I do:
http://www.speedtest.net/
It shows clearly that I have 8Mbps O_o
While my machine can't use all that, it is using only 1Mbps :/
I mean, whenever I need to download anything from any website, the max
speed is 1Mbps while on my other machine, it is using all my 8Mbps.
