Ubuntu Online Summit: Lubuntu edition

As you may or may not know, the biannual [Ubuntu Online Summit][1] is
going on this week. For those that don't know, this is traditionally a
planning session for Ubuntu Developers (whether they're developing
code or communities), but is increasingly more applicable to the
general public. It is indeed open to all. Officially, the regular
sessions start tomorrow.

There are some interesting tracks this year:
 * App & Scope Development
 * Cloud
 * Convergence
 * Core
 * Community
 * Show & Tell

Those interested in Ubuntu Touch, Unity 8, Mir, Snappy, etc., should
make sure to join in those first four! People involved in or
interested in the Ubuntu Community should make sure to be in the
Community track, too. New this time is the last track which offers
developers a chance to show off what they're working on.

More specifically to Lubuntu, there are two particular sessions that
are of interest, both on Wednesday 6 May:
 1. First is the [Lubuntu Community Planning Session][2]. In this,
we'll talk about plans for this cycle, our needs within the team, and
work to brainstorm how to encourage further contributions from the
community (which may very well be something that we share with the
rest of the Ubuntu ecosystem). I really, really, really, really
encourage all of you to join in on this. This is not going to be a
technical discussion, but will focus heavily on our own part of the
Ubuntu Community. Since you're all part of it, you should all be part
of this session!
 2. Secondly, there is the [LXQt Show & Tell Session][3]. In this,
we'll be showing off the current state of our transition from GTK+ to
Qt. This may be a good time to come ask questions you might have.

Please everyone, get involved! If you have something to add, feel free
to show it on the blueprint and we look forward to seeing you in the
Google Hangout and/or IRC!
