LXQt now in Xenial repos!

For those of you that looked at the meeting notes, you may have seen the
announcement that LXQt is now in the Xenial repos. The lxqt-metapackage is
not, though. However, you can manually install all the right packages. What
it needs is a little exploratory testing. So here's your assignment, should
you choose to accept it:

 1. install the development version of Lubuntu
 2. install the following packages: `lximage-qt lxqt-about lxqt-admin
lxqt-common lxqt-config lxqt-globalkeys lxqt-notificationd
lxqt-openssh-askpass lxqt-panel lxqt-policykit lxqt-powermanagement
lxqt-qtplugin lxqt-runner lxqt-session lxqt-sudo pcmanfm-qt qterminal
qupzilla`
 3. purge the following packages: `light-locker xfce4-power-manager`
 4. log out and back in again
 5. use it
 6. report any bugs to the appropriate package on Launchpad
    * make sure to search for similar ones first
    * don't forget to subscribe Lubuntu Packages Team

Something similar is set up on the Google Code-In. If teenagers can do it,
so can you. :)
