MAAS 1.9.0 alpha 5 released.

I'm happy to announce that MAAS 1.9.0 Alpha 5 has been released for testing.
Notable changes:

*Changes:*

   - Minor UI/UX fixes and improvements.

   - *User notification provided power tools are missing*
      - The MAAS power drivers require a set of tools in order to correctly
manage power control. Some of these tools are not installed by default.
MAAS now warns users about the lack of this tools, so that users can
      install them manually.

   - *Partitioning (WebUI)*
      - The MAAS Node Details page now includes the UI for custom
partitioning. This allows users to create and delete partitions from the
WebUI, and not just from the CLI.

   - *Bcache (WebUI)*
      - The MAAS Node Details page now allows users to create bcache sets
and bcache devices, allowing multiple bcache devices to use the
same cache
      set.

*Known problems and Work Arounds (Recurring from Alpha2)*

   - Juju 1.24.6 fail to SSH due to changing MAAS' /etc/network/interfaces
      - This issue has been resolved in Juju 1.24.7. All Juju users are
required, recommended to upgrade to the latest Juju release.

   - CentOS fails to deploy when deploying with LVM

MAAS will fail to deploy CentOS with LVM by default. This can be changed by
changing the Setting of the default deployment layout to Flat. This can be
done in the MAAS Settings page under the storage section.

*Testing*
MAAS 1.9.0 Alpha 5 is available for testing in:

*ppa:maas/next*

*Work in progress*
Please note that there's other work in progress, that is not yet visible,
to enhance some of the features above or to complete some new features that
will be made available as part of 1.9. Current work in progress is:

   - Advanced Storage Configuration WebUI
      - LVM
      - RAID
