Anyone who wants to contribute can log in and update the wiki pages
yourself. That is why they are a publicly-editable wiki. This will
remove your irritation while at the same time encourage the success of
Ubuntu.

I suggest previous knowledge be maintained, such as: "Note: when
upgrading from a previous versions of Ubuntu it has been reported that
X Y and Z did not work as expected. A fresh install is recommended."
