Hi,

We have some changes to base_external_referentials I would like to push 
upstream.  They are for version 5.0.  Would be anyone be willing to look 
through them?  I'm finding bugs on openobject-addons arn't directed at 
the right people, but if someone could suggest the preferred method I'll 
file it there.
