Affects: Master, 1.2 STABLE (and possibly others)

There are a load of keyboard navigation shortcuts which no longer work -
e.g. go (group/owned.php), gg (group) g/ (should focus on the search
box).

I've fixed these and changed them a little and pushed them to:
git://git.luns.net.uk/mahara.git on bugfix_keyboardnavigation
