Public bug reported:

The thumb.png for htdocs/blocktype/wall/thumb.png is missing - As a result, you get an image with the text 'thumbnail image not available'.
It's the only core block type which is missing a thumbnail.
Since the image used if a thumbnail is not found is part of the default theme, this also has implications on i8n - but this is also probably a separate bug...
