Bug description:
Group members pagination is not working properly with Safari. Maybe other browsers have the same problem.

To reproduce just open safari and try to navigate the members of a group with more that one page. Just click on a page number or the right or left arrows. It doesn't do what's expected.

This behavior has been reproduced in Mahara 1.1.5 and 1.1.7... maybe other versions are affected.

The attached file is a patch that seems to solve the problem but I'm not sure about it's implications.
