Bug description:
It would be quite handy to be able to customise the default views created for a new user.  I'm thinking specifically of the dashboard and profile view types.
At present, these are created from a view template, where the templates are actually views belonging to the root user on id 0.  You can view user information for uid 0 (probably a bug) but not login as that user to modify the views.

I should think that many sites may want to have a default view layout for the default Dashboard view.
