Hi Ruslan,

I'll check with Evonne, whose just done the theming for that box, and
see what she thinks about it.

Personally I think it might be enough to display the same message in the normal session message bar at the top -
as a one-off, appearing immediately *after* you've removed the box.

Bug description:
The explanations of how to use Mahara on the dashboard page can be removed from the homepage too easily by clicking on the remove button and it's gone.

A number of people I talked to wanted to have it back, but don't know how to do that. It's hidden away in a user's settings.

Could the remove button get a pop-up message like "You are about to remove the information on how to use Mahara. If you want to display it again, you can get it back in your Settings." (buttons Cancel and Delete [I think these are the standard buttons])?
