Ruslan,

Evonne was keen on the one-off session message (even less interface
overload), so I've moved it and reworded the text a bit.

The downside is that users who miss the message by navigating away too
quickly will still have no idea how to get the box back, but I've spoken
to Kristina and she's cool with that.

Bug description:
The explanations of how to use Mahara on the dashboard page can be removed from the homepage too easily by clicking on the remove button and it's gone.

A number of people I talked to wanted to have it back, but don't know how to do that. It's hidden away in a user's settings.

Could the remove button get a pop-up message like "You are about to remove the information on how to use Mahara. If you want to display it again, you can get it back in your Settings." (buttons Cancel and Delete [I think these are the standard buttons])?
