Bug description:
1.3.0cr1 - on Firefox browser 3.6.8
The I'm Following module on the Dashboard, when you click on a discussion forum topic title to see the details, if it if a long message, there are excessive line breaks <br> that cause the text to be difficult to read.  Image attached shows the text formatting issue.
