I'm using 1.3rc1

I registered on http://head.dev.mahara.org. Same problem. Under Topics
I'm Following the links are not taking me to the topic. They are linking
to the home page.

I have confirmed with at least four other users on my site that this
problem exists with them also.

I am hoping that when I click on a recent activity that a summary of the
contents falls below.

In the Dashboard, the Recent Activities block (Inbox). The items are not opening. It's like the <a href> of the links is # .
