[Bug 776778] [NEW] "Delete all notifications" really deletes all even when a filter is set

Public bug reported:

When you filter the notifications for a specific type, it would be good
to be able to only delete those notifications when clicking on "Delete
all notifications" instead of really all from all types. That way, the
inbox can be cleaned better. You may wish to keep messages from
individual users but delete all forum messages from time to time.
Currently, this is not possible.

Maybe in the meantime we could expand the notice in the pop-up window
when deleting notifications to include "No matter whether you have
filtered notifications, all that are in your inbox will be deleted with
this action. Are you sure?" Currently, it does read "All notifications"
but you could read it "all notifications of this type" as only those are
shown.

** Affects: mahara
     Importance: Undecided
