When viewing a collection, the navigation bar is not always displayed
nicely, e.g. cf. screenshot.

1. In all custom themes, the background image is not as wide as the main body. It's not a problem in the Fresh theme.
2. In Aqua and Ultima the collection title is too light.
3. In Sunset the titles of the individual tabs are too light.
