  Plan task - wording unclear

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  In 1.3 master.dev.mahara.org when editting a task on a plan to make it
  complete,  the check box says make your plan completed.

  This should read make you task completed - or task completed as this
  is at task level rather than at the plan level.

  Making a plan completed may also be a good idea at some stage.
