Conceptually, this would be a useful thing for admins I'm sure, but in
order to get this done, we'd need to know exactly (on a per plugin
basis) what features admins would need to disable.

Please feel free to file separate bugs for each plugin that would
benefit from increased customizability.

  Introducing Options to enable/disable sub-features within any plugin.
  
  For example: It would be great if the admin would be able not just to
  enable/disable the Resume Plugin but also to configure it to one's need,
  e.g. enable/disable  "My Skills" and/or "My Goals" etc.
