  Insert images from My files into any html field

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:

Bug description:
  Currently the text box that has an an image requires an Image URL to
  be added in the format /artefact/file/download.php?file=999

  If the image is one that is stored in My Files it would be good to be
  able to browse  of image in My Files to select this and also have the
  opportunity to upload an image - similar to Moodle's editor
  (attached).
