  Currently, the RSS feed block does not allow the user to filter details
  like the title of the feed and the number of items. It would be useful
  to be able to tweak the RSS feed before displaying it by having options
  that allow you to:
  
  Hide/Show the feed title
  Choose the number of items to display
  Display/strip HTML
  Include/Exclude enclosures
  
  I would suggest you look at feed2js for ideas about the kind of options
