  Group views should have the same artefacts as normal views

Bug description:
  It would be good, in my opinion to have the usual artefacts available
  to populate a group view that each individual has.

  On the group homepage I can hardly put anything except external feeds
  and video. What if I want to display an internal image, e.g. the club
  logo?

  It would also be good to have the other artefacts. A group view could
  be used to collect information about all group members, e.g. skills,
  goals, other profile info. Students could also use it as a one-stop
  place to show all their internal Mahara blog posts (similar to
  Pageflakes etc.).

  Therefore, I would not limit the artefacts to the currect ones.

  It is also not possible to copy a view that contains blog posts.
  Currently, that makes sense because groups don't have blogs as
  artefacts. If the blog posts retain the "posted by [the original
  author]" (which IMHO should be a requirement when copying views
  already due to antiplagiarism), then there is also no question about
  ownership of a blog post.
