It would be helpful for the Settings and the New Entry buttons to be
swapped around on the journal page /artefact/blog/. Many new users only
see the settings button select that then write their latest post in the
journal description box and then wonder why it is displaying wrong on
their page.

I have encountered this many times with new users.
