Public bug reported:

Currently, Mahara master (1.5 dev), displays only 5 collections per
page. Like pages, /collection/ should display at least the standard 10 /
11 if the number to display cannot be decided on more dynamically like
in the site admin area with the display of 10 -  50 etc.
