Public bug reported:

Groups have file quotas from Mahara 1.5 on. It would be good to show the
quota as well as the actual usage in the admin area in the groups
section so the admins can monitor that without having to log in as a
group admin in order to check this.

This is similar to bug 909831 where the used user file quota is now
shown in the admin area as well.
