affects Mahara 1.5+ (can be tested on demo.mahara.org and replicated there)
tested in Firefox on Ubuntu 12.04 and MacOS 10.7.4

When you are in a group and select the "Files to download" block and
click on the "Edit" button next to a file from your own files area
(group files don't have the "Edit" button), you are taken back to the
portfolio page without being able to edit the file characteristics.

This only happens when you are in a group. When you do the same on a
personal portfolio page, all works well.
