[Bug 1030301] [NEW] Two back buttons confuse users.

Public bug reported:

While creating a new page, on page
http://mydomain/view/view.php?id=202&new=1 on top right two
*Back*-buttons are shown to users.

The left one goes to /view/blocks.php?id=XXX&new=1 and is linked with
edit content, the other one call a javascript history and goes back to
edit titel and description.

Two buttons with same description that users can't differentiate are
confusing. Please hide one or change description.

Version 1.5.2

** Affects: mahara
