Can you please note down which URLs you used for the images you included
in the pages? Were these files from "Site files", your personal files
area or elsewhere?

Title:
  html editor for About, Home, Privacy... etc pages does not keep
  images.  They show in the wysiwyg interface (TinyMCE, I guess) but
  they do not show in the pages themselves

Bug description:
  I added some images to the About and Home pages in my Mahara site.
  The images show fine in the editor but when I see the site itself
  those images are not shown.
