Public bug reported:

I have set up Moodle and Mahara based on the Moohara documentation, Both
can get public keys as mentioned in the atricle with no error.

when I click on Services, I get Internet Explorer cannot display the
webpage.

Mahara is not in Peers==> All Hosts and

in Moodle MNet authentication settings the below section is empty:

These host's users can roam in to your site: (No thing here!)

I have check the apache error logs
