only one journal set

When adding a new entry (/artefact/blog/post.php?blog=4), you can't add
new files.

When editing an existing post, when you click add file, a new page is
drawn but it doesn't show the part of the page where you can select
files (ie there shoudl be an html anchor or soemthing)

When editing an existing post, when you click add file, then click
select on a file, it is automatically added to the post before you click
save.

When editing an existing post, and you add a file, you can't click save
to get out of that page. instead it tags an extra &browse=1 to the url
(/artefact/blog/post.php?id=42&browse=1&browse=1). Clicking cancel
works, but all non-file changes are lost
