Hi Brian,

As mentioned on the review system, we don't accept minor patches for
already released versions. If you could resubmit to the master branch,
and it will get in for the 1.7 release.

  If there are more than 10 forums, they are not displayed according to
  the sort order that you have specified.

  DB: MySQL and Postgresql.

  Mahara versions: 1.4, 1.5, 1.6.
