Public bug reported:

admin/extensions/iframesites.php has "sideblocks" => false as a
parameter to smarty(), but other pages such as don't. This doesn't allow
for custom sideblocks on that page. By default there are no sideblocks
anyway so this doesn't affect core Mahara.
