  When an account is deleted, the user can no longer log in. When they
- try, they  get the message "Your account has been deleted as of (date).
- The reason for your suspension is: (reason)" with no indication of
- whether their portfolio stuff is gone or whether they can retrieve their
- login information again.

  It would be better if it was expanded to:

  "Sorry, your account has been deleted. You can contact the site
  administrator."

  The "contact the site administrator" should be linked to the "Contact
  us" form.
