Hi Aaron;

I think the three day difference of the last updated dates between two
servers is the result that I fixed the bzr configuration on one server
three days after the other. We can fixed the date by removing the bzr
repo on the two servers then run the scripts again.

Bug description:
  The available langpacks on http://langpacks.mahara.org don't contain
  1.7  where https://translations.launchpad.net/mahara-lang/ does. In
  other words, the sync between launchpad and langpacks.mahara is
  broken.
