Assumptions
 - an Leap2A file which contains several user's email addresses

Actions
 - Login as an admin
 - Add an user and upload the Leap2A file

Expected result
 - an new user account is created and several email addresses are created and associated to the user's account

Actual result
 - Only one address is created and is set to be primary email.
