To test:

1) Turn javascript off

2) Edit a Content -> File eg /artefact/file/index.php?edit=49 and delete
the info in the name (required) field and save

you get the warning The file field is required but the edit box has
closed needs to have the box stay open.


This is based upon bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/1052429

But is part of the fix that was not committed at the time.
