Public bug reported:

The "Updated on ..." phrase next to a comment when it has only been made
public due to comment moderation is a bit confusing I think. When there
is an update I expect it to be a textual update like in the forums.

If it is important to have an indication when the comment was made
public, I think it would be better to state "Date, made public: Date".
