Title:
  MNET Users cannot view/add journal items

Status in Mahara ePortfolio:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Log into Mahara as a normal user (coming from Totara via MNET
  authentication).

  Click on "publish a journal" icon.

  Message returned:  "No default journal found. This is a bug in the
  system. To fix it, you need to enable the multiple journals option on
  the account settings page."

  This can be fixed by switching on multiple journals in the account
  settings. But that has to be done for each user individually.

  When logged in as Administrator, directly, journal behaves as normal.
