[Bug 1209074] [NEW] elasticsearch plugin doesn't work with the "Search my portfolio" sideblock

Public bug reported:

If you enable the "search my portfolio" feature for users, they get a
sideblock that is meant to only search the contents of their portfolio.
Since Mikael and I were unfamiliar with this feature when we were
implementing the new elasticsearch plugin, we made the elasticsearch
plugin not implement this, and instead pass the result from the internal
search plugin.

In retrospect, it should be entirely possible for elasticsearch to make
this work. You can already get the same results by doing a search in the
universal search bar and then filtering by Owner = Me. But we have too
many other things to work on right now, so I'm spinning this off into a
separate bug.

The workaround is, if you're using the elasticsearch plugin, disable the
"search my portfolio" sideblock.
