On the installation screen of Mahara (1.8.0dev)

The info icons sit very low in the blue boxes and targetting them for
styling is made difficult by the extra divs that are not necessary.

Aaron had a quick look and the divs are grouped which might be caused by
the JavaScript.

As this is only on the installation screen, we'll make this low
priority.
