If I remember correctly, deleting is not possible when you have device
detection turned on. We limited some functionality for small devices.

It works when device detection is turned off (see
http://manual.mahara.org/en/1.7/administration/config_site.html#user-
settings #9 for allowing this feature on the site level and then you can
turn off device detection in your account settings).

Do you pretty much want to be able to do all the things that you want to
do on a computer in terms of editing and deleting content?

  Can't delete a block on my page with mobile device

Bug description:
  i use mahara 1.7 (install on WAMP 2.1 PHP 5.3.4 MySQL 5.1.53) via my
  iPad2 (iOS 5) and my Phone (Android 4.2). Everything will be fine like
  i use it on my PC. But when i want to edit my page with the web
  browser on my mobile device, i can't to delete a block with X icon on
  page editing tool.
