Public bug reported:

i use mahara 1.7 (install on WAMP 2.1 PHP 5.3.4 MySQL 5.1.53) via my
iPad2 (iOS 5) and my Phone (Android 4.2). Everything will be fine like i
use it on my PC. But when i want to edit my page with the web browser on
my mobile device, i can't to delete a block with X icon on page editing
tool.
