One of these days we should write our own TinyMCE plugin to embed an
image from your Content area into a text block, and at the same time set
the access permissions for that image. It would be similar to the
attachments TinyMCE plugin for journal entries.

  uploaded Images not displaying

Bug description:
  I am using Mahara 1.7 (Gaia University) operating OS X 10.6  - Browser
  - Firefox 23.0.1 (unsure of database)

  I am a Gaia University student, I upload images to Mahara's files as
  jpgs under 50kb and when I insert them into a text block (using image
  url). They appear fine for me but they don't appear for other users.
  This seems to happen sporadically, some appear others do not. In my
  recent collection the images I have placed in the header (page
  description) don't appear (for other users) where others in the page
  body do.
