I am using Mahara 1.7 (Gaia University) operating OS X 10.6  - Browser -
Firefox 23.0.1 (unsure of database)

I am a Gaia University student, I upload images to Mahara's files as
jpgs under 50kb and when I insert them into a text block (using image
url). They appear fine for me but they don't appear for other users.
This seems to happen sporadically, some appear others do not. In my
recent collection the images I have placed in the header (page
description) don't appear (for other users) where others in the page
body do.
