Public bug reported:

Currently when viewing a group, the in-page tabs are also shown as a
bulleted list in the sidebar (with the group name as a heading). This is
confusing for screen reader users since it needlessly duplicates
navigation in a different place.

If this list serves no particular purpose it should just be removed,
otherwise perhaps it could be reorganised to be less similar to the
navigation. (Should be a wishlist item though)
