Public bug reported:

When sharing a page or collection (/view/access.php) the various Add buttons add a new row into the access table with Javascript, but for screen reader users who can't see the inserted row there is no indication that this has happened.
To make this more accessible, focus should be set to the new table row (or the first input in that row) when any Add button is pressed.
