Message #16812
[Bug 1276126] [NEW] Using the default theme when creating a page, no buttons appear for Media, Journals etc and the error message displayed is 'A required parameter is missing or malformed Missing parameter 'c' and no default supplied'
Public bug reported:
Version: Mahara 1.8.1
OS: Debian Squeeze Linux 32bit
Database: MySQL 5.5.20 for Windows
Browser: Chrome 32, Firefox 23 and Internet Explorer 10
When attempting to edit a page, the buttons for Media, Journals,
General, Personal Info and External don't appear but instead there is a
text link called 'Blocklist type' which expands to show buttons as text
links, when any of these links are clicked, it resets the menu view back
to default.
Upon changing the theme to anything else i.e. Raw, or Aqua then the
buttons for all blocktypes categories appear and can be expanded to
allow drag and drop of specific blocks i.e. Media ---> Files to
download
The following error message is only displayed when using no theme or
default theme:
A required parameter is missing or malformed Missing parameter 'c' and
no default supplied
I have attached a screenshot to demonstrate the issue.
** Affects: mahara
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
** Attachment added: "defaulttheme_error.jpg"
