When an admin approves an account (pending confirmation functionality),
an email is sent to the future user with instructions to complete the
registration process. However, if the user does not receive the email,
lands in spam or they don't answer quickly enough, he admin cannot re-
send the email, but the person needs to go through the registration
process again.

Thus, it would be good for an admin to re-send approval messages.
